Soirée Signatures brings style, sophistication, and creativity to weddings and events across Mobile, Fairhope, and beyond. Founded in 2015 by designer and calligrapher Lindsey Stiegler, our studio specializes in custom wedding invitations, branded event materials, and luxury print design. With storefronts in both Midtown Mobile and downtown Fairhope, we proudly serve clients locally and nationwide with the same signature blend of high-end paper, modern aesthetics, and handwritten calligraphy.

With over a decade of experience, Lindsey and her all-female team are experts in translating each client’s personal style or brand message into a cohesive stationery wardrobe. Whether it’s an intimate wedding or a large-scale corporate event, Soirée Signatures creates invitations, monograms, signage, and day-of details that set the tone and elevate the entire experience.

Our work features timeless techniques like letterpress, engraving, foil stamping, and embossing, paired with thoughtful design and a fresh perspective. Meet Lindsey

Founder / Creative Director / Calligrapher
University of Alabama, 2003

Lindsey Stiegler’s love of lettering began at just nine years old, when a calligraphy set from her mom sparked a lifelong passion for paper and design. After earning a degree in Advertising with a double minor in Graphic Design and Computer Science from the University of Alabama, Lindsey spent years working in marketing before launching Soirée Signatures in 2015.

What started as a boutique calligraphy and invitation service has since grown into one of the South’s most respected luxury stationery brands. Lindsey’s work blends traditional printing methods with innovative design, helping clients turn every celebration into a statement of personal style. Her specialties include custom invitation design, event branding, and creative print solutions for weddings, social events, and corporate functions.

Lindsey leads a team of powerhouse women who share her commitment to excellence and creativity. She’s also passionate about empowering other entrepreneurs and mentoring fellow creatives in the industry.

When she’s not designing or leading her team, Lindsey loves hosting dinner parties, traveling like a local, and attending concerts ranging from Taylor Swift to Snoop Dogg. She lives in Midtown Mobile with a well-stocked bar cart—always ready to create the life of the party.

Meet Addie

Paper Stylist / Customer Service Extraordinaire
University of Alabama, 2010

A native of Mobile, Addie is the ultimate team anchor—keeping Soirée Signatures running like a well-oiled (and very stylish) machine. With a strong background in organization and customer service, she serves as the vital link between our design team and our amazing clients. From initial order to final delivery, Addie ensures every detail is managed with care, clarity, and a touch of Southern charm.

In addition to overseeing logistics and order fulfillment, Addie handles all of our billing and invoicing with the kind of precision that keeps everything on track behind the scenes. Whether she’s coordinating timelines or answering client questions, she brings calm, confidence, and warmth to every interaction.

Outside of the studio, Addie and her husband, Tom, are raising two sweet boys—Miller and Thomas—alongside their two beloved dogs. She’s a steady force on our team and a big reason our client experience feels as seamless as our designs look.

Meet Grace C.

Paper Stylist / Production Manager / Graphic Designer

Grace Copeland has been with Soirée Signatures since March 2021, and if cloning were legal, we’d have at least three more of her by now. With a sharp mind, a wicked sense of humor, and an uncanny ability to juggle a million tasks at once, Grace is the glue that holds our studio together. She’s the one clients ask for by name—and for good reason. From consultations to production timelines, shipping logistics to supplier coordination, Grace handles every touchpoint with polish, speed, and heart.

Grace joined Soirée Signatures in 2024, bringing both talent and heart to our creative team. After earning her undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University, she pursued her passion for design with a second degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Grace has quickly become an essential part of our studio—her sparkling personality, artistic intuition, and signature style elevate every project she touches. A Chicago-loving, sweet-treat-savoring, dirty-martini kind of gal, Grace is as delightful to work with as she is talented.

Meet Hazel

Virtual Assistant

Hazel keeps Soirée Signatures running smoothly from behind the scenes—and across the globe. Based in the Philippines, Hazel has been with us since 2022 and has become an irreplaceable member of our team. She handles everything from data management and scheduling to automation and client follow-ups with precision, grace, and a can-do attitude that makes her an absolute joy to work with.

Smart, resourceful, and endlessly dependable, Hazel is the silent engine powering many of our daily operations. She’s also the first to cheer on her teammates, jump in with a solution, or learn a new tool to keep things moving forward. Though we’re miles apart, Hazel is truly at the heart of what we do.

Meet Randall

Paper Stylist / Client Coordinator / Designer

With an impeccable sense of style and an eye for pairing the perfect details, Randall Bowman brings a fashion-forward sensibility to everything she touches at Soirée Signatures. As the owner of Coterie, a boutique in downtown Mobile’s Urban Emporium, Randall lives and breathes design—from curated wardrobes to perfectly styled invitation suites. She’s known for styling paper and ink the way a fashion editor assembles a statement look—chic, intentional, and always on point.

Randall has a gift for dreaming big on behalf of our clients. Her ability to envision the full picture—from color palette and typography to finishing touches—helps bring each suite to life in a way that feels cohesive and elevated. She also has a keen eye behind the camera, capturing stunning flat lays and content that give our social media its signature polish and charm.

A proud mom to two girls, Cece and Alice, Randall balances creativity and hustle with effortless grace—and a whole lot of laughter along the way.

Meet Savanna

Graphic Designer / Illustrator
Savannah College of Art and Design, 2024

Savanna joined Soirée Signatures in 2025 and quickly made her mark as a rising design star. A recent graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, Savanna brings fresh creativity, technical skill, and a meticulous eye for detail to every project she touches. Whether she’s illustrating a custom crest or refining layout drafts, Savanna’s work helps bring our clients’ visions to life in the most beautiful way.

In addition to her work with Soirée, Savanna recently illustrated and published her first children’s book, Po the Penguin—a charming story that showcases her signature whimsy and warmth. Thoughtful, talented, and always eager to learn, Savanna has become an essential part of our creative workflow. Her calm presence and collaborative spirit make her a joy to work with—and a trusted hand on even the most high-pressure deadlines. We’re thrilled to have her as part of the Soirée Squad!

Meet Caroline

Client Coordinator / Paper Stylist

Caroline is the Studio Coordinator at our Fairhope location, where she is often the first friendly face clients meet when they walk through the door or reach out to Soirée Signatures. With a background in public relations, advertising, and event-focused hospitality, Caroline brings a natural blend of organization, creativity, and client care to the team.

She holds a degree in Public Relations and Advertising and has experience supporting events, managing client-facing details, and assisting with digital marketing and brand promotion. Caroline thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys helping clients navigate stationery selections for life’s celebrations—from birthdays and showers to custom paper goods.

When she’s not assisting clients in the studio, Caroline supports the Soirée team with behind-the-scenes projects, helping keep everything running smoothly. Her thoughtful attention to detail and upbeat, professional approach make her a wonderful addition to the Soirée Signatures family.
