Custom Designed Wedding Invitations

Each invitation is priced per set, according to design time, complexity, materials and printing technique desired, hence, every price is different.

If a budget is given, I will work carefully to maximize style and detail for the cost. Custom designing can be quite flexible, allowing you options to highlight one detail and forgo another in order to balance your styling and budget.

Items such as place cards, escort cards, rehearsal dinner invites, bridal luncheons, table cards, programs, thank you cards, or other stationery items are easily accommodated and typically designed and produced closer to the wedding date. They are handled as a separate project with their own timeline and invoice. Pricing varies by complexity desired.

Most invitations are printed on a digital press, which provides the most time-efficient and affordable price for you, however other printing processes are available but usually are less efficient in time and cost.

Pricing assumes the client provides all paper stock.

Unlined, white/cream/ecru/ivory-hued envelopes with black ink

White Glove Service - additional $1.00 each*

* White Glove Service includes envelope stuffing, sealing, and affixing postage – ready to be taken to the post office. Price does not include postage cost. Price includes stuffing invitation and up to two other insertions. Additional insertions or other assembly can be quoted.

"Day-Of" Calligraphy Services

Place Cards (name-only or add name to menu) - $2.50 each
Escort Cards (name and table assignment) - $2.50 each
Table Numbers - $5.00 each (numerals) / $7.50 each (words)
*same charges apply for colored paper or colored ink (see above pricing)

All other signage (such as complete menus, guest books or signs) would depend on the size of the pieces as well as the complexity of what exactly would need to be lettered.

Special Projects

Handwritten Invitation or poem - $35 per line (approximately $450) or $75 per hour
Price includes scanning and delivered as a print-ready digital file, if needed. Price does not include printing or paper.

Reply Set - $125 / Reception Card - $100

*Additional fees may apply for jobs that include: Extra long addresses, dark envelopes, extra flourishing, additional artwork such as font matching, and any project that requires additional special handling. Rush orders will incur a 25% additional charge.

*ENVELOPE INFORMATION: It is very important to provide high quality envelopes such as Cranes,  William Arthur, Envelopments, etc. I will be happy to provide you with a list of local dealers who work with those brands. These brands are dependable and work with ink well. Others are not always as dependable and may bleed.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT: Envelopes: 50 % non-refundable booking fee to reserve time in my calendar, balance is due upon delivery. Artwork: 50% non-refundable deposit for me to begin any custom artwork or layout, balance is due upon delivery.

Methods of Payment   

Soiree Signatures accepts payments by Cash and Check. AMEX, Visa, Discover and Mastercard are also accepted. Please allow 5-10 days for authorization of checks. Orders will be processed after the funds have cleared. There will be a $35 charge for returned checks.
